New Media Define

Every generation has its own definition/theories on new media. Conventional media leading up to the 21st. Century has either collaborated, accommodated, or absorb by new media. The push behind for new description of media is due at-large by technology. Using the Internet effectively- institutions such as the newspapers, radio, entertainment, and t.v. networks has expanded their awareness even more further. Publications such as The New York Times has expanded their daily report over the internet. Radio stations saw a new beginning when they consider to broadcast via satellite. And the transmission of radio* signals will no longer have to be confined with analog signals, as more and more stations are switching to digital broadcast. Just like the radio, t.v. stations had already reap the benefits from this transformations. Overall, people are given more channels of entertainment and more chances of being better informed. Adding to the description of new media are social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Wiki, Linkedin, and blogs. Unlike the t.v. or the radio; these new forms of media is operated fully online. Outside investors or a business motto are often optional to start sites such as those mentioned above. That means anyone can start their own social networking sites. These networking sites had provided us ways to communicate with virtually anyone.

Editing Aesop w/ Wiki.

Basically, I just comment an article in Wiki on Aesop the storyteller. Below is the link to the page. Continuing on with this, his fables contains animals because animals conveys a sense of methaphor and sometimes we associate certain animals with certain nature.

windows 7 and media

I've been putting off in scouting for a new pc. Most of the time putting off things to buy is not easy. With the school year already under way, I have yet to do any consumer research on the upcoming release of Window 7. Hopefully, this will force me to visit their website and even search for other blogs detailing on Windows 7. I'm already incline for a new pc now with this new operating system, it got me thinking on what improved or brand new features it will include. Nothing specific. Will Windows 7 revamp their multimedia functions, endorse specific media sources like notable news outlets, faster/shorthand communications, useful widgets, and overall an easier & faster interface.

At this point, is only approriate to atleast find a screen shots of what Windows 7 looks like. I use blogger to creat another account before this one. Since this one is for class use.
